The Elements of Typography project was all about hierarchy. We began by studying the grid and examining various ways that type placement affects the way it is read on the page. Slowly more elements were introduced, such as weight, size, and color. Despite the changes in parameters the goal was the same. Direct the reader’s attention to certain elements on the page.
